Stayed overnight in the Copthorne hotel by New St station then straight to Bescot Stadium station at lunchtime. Not a bad little tussle this, decided in the second half with a dubious looking penalty. Wallsall is a great little stadium with friendly supporters which made for an enjoyable trip

Had a great ticket and a really good atmosphere from the start as West Brom came flying out the blocks. Somehow though they finished up losing their fourth home game on the trot. I found the Baggies fans a warm and friendly bunch and there is a real old school feel about the Hawthorns

Exciting game this. Millwall rescued a point with a goal in injury time but they should have been out of sight at half time. The atmosphere was good despite the fact there was only a handful of Crewe supporters who did their bit. The Den is easy to find as its right next to South Bermondsey station.

Stayed overnight in Edgebaston then got the coach to Leicester. Its a great stadium which sits behind the old Filbert St ground and the pitch was superb. Leicester were all over Norwich for the first 20 minutes then hit the self destruct button. The Leicester drummer was superb, a monster of a bloke.
