5.4.08 Bristol Rovers v Hartlepool Score 0-0
This was a really scrappy game, not helped by a strong wind but Rovers should have won it. I was back on the terraces for the first time in years in the Das enclosure and the atmosphere was pretty good. The stadium is on the Filton Road about a 30 minute walk from Filton Abbey Wood station.

04.05.08 Scunthorpe v Colchester Score 3-3
An entertaining game sat in the Scunthorpe Telegraph stand as the Iron battled back from 3-1 down to grab a point. The atmosphere was pretty flat at times, but Scunthorpe still had the humour to sing `that`s why we`re going down` as they missed chance after chance. Glanford park is a good half hour walk from the station on the Doncaster Road.

03.05.08 Lincoln v Wrexham Final score 2-4
This was a really good game with plenty of chances and 3 goals in the last couple of minutes. I had a great view from the Stacey West stand and the atmosphere was pretty good led by two of the loudest drummers I`ve heard so far. Sincil Bank is a short 10 minute walk from Lincoln station down the High Street

25.05.08 England v USA Final score 2-0
My first England game for nearly four years and my first visit to the new Wembley. Easy to get to for me via Waterloo and the Jubilee line. I was up in the North West corner and the big difference from old Wembley is the nice steep banks for a great view and no supporting pillars in the way. The atmosphere came to life after the first goal led by the usual England band and all in all it was a very enjoyable evening.
